Sanjay is a hands on consultant on the matters of Foreign Trade Policy, Imports, Exports, Deemed Exports, related customs and excise laws and procedures etc. His focus is always on getting the final results in terms of benefits or solutions to the clients rather than just consulting. Being an Engineer with a background in the projects, helps him identify the benefits that are available to Projects under Imports, Exports and Deemed Exports provisions of Foreign Trade Policy.
Sanjay has substantial experience (over 25 years) in Exim related matters in a cross section of sectors and is Advisor to logistics, and commercial departments of several MNCs, Indian Organizations, Public Sector Companies and Foreign Companies. He is also a regular speaker and trainer at various forums in India and abroad and is also a guest faculty at several institutes of repute. However, execution has been the key for him.
He has earlier worked at senior levels with Industrial Groups, handling Foreign Trade and Project Development. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a Post Graduate in International Business from Delhi School of Economics.

Alok is well versed with the Import Export Policy & Regulations and leads most of the assignments the firm undertakes. He has about 22 years’ experience in executing matters related to Export – Import and also has a Custom Broker (CHA) License. His sound understanding and knowledge of the business environment, Government regulations in India for various businesses help him in the execution of solutions for clients.
He represents client companies before various Government Authorities, Ministries, and Departments viz DGFT, Customs, DIPP, DHI, MoEF, CPCB, Min of Home Affairs, Department of Telecom, WPC etc. for all Exim related matters
Alok advises clients on strategic issues like Costing, Cash flow using Exim policy, thereby achieving very critical cost reductions in Manufacturing and Project implementations which helps greatly in their marketing efforts as well.
Alok also advises on complete logistic planning for companies and advises them on a day to day issues on FTP & customs matters. He also undertakes legal matters related to Exim in association with lawyers and provides training.
