The DGFT has recently issued trade notice to allow the uploading of e-BRC by Sep 15, 2021 for shipping bills with LEO upto Mar 31, 2020 on which RoSCTL scrip has been claimed since it is observed that there are significant number of cases where there is no e-BRC uploaded in the DGFT’s online e-BRC repository, as a proof of export proceeds realisation. Non-compliance can attract demand for repayment of erroneous or excess paid RoSCTL.To know more, please click here
