It is now officially announced by DGFT office that all previous and current benefits under different export incentive schemes e.g., MEIS/SEIS, ROSL and ROSCTL (including already filed applications) are on hold for a temporary (seems indefinite) period due to changes in the allocation procedure (fund issues). 

It will seriously impact the fund flow of exporters. This is the time when they are fighting for export orders and by virtue of this, it will impact their costing and the power of negotiations in finalisation of the agreements.
