EEPC INDIA has organised an interactive session on 9th January 2019 an “Export Awareness Program to promote potential exporters by training them on the nitty-gritty of foreign trade. The meeting was addressed by Shri Deepak Jain, State President, Laghu Udyog Bharati, Mr. Satish Chand, President, IMT Industrial Association, Gurugram , Mr. Kumar Rahul, Deputy DGFT, CLA North, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, Shri Ashok Sangwan, IAS, Director Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Haryana and Mr. Rakesh Suraj, Regional Director, EEPC. The agenda of the discussion was based upon the upcoming review of the Foreign Trade Policy in the new GST Era apart from the role of DGFT as Niryat Bandhu and as well as under the new GST regime, including various schemes of DGFT for exporters.

Mr. Sanjay Beswal Regional Committee Member, EEPC INDIA; and Director, ANDEES CONSULTING, Delhi was part of the meeting and gave presentation on EXIM benefits in current time and how utilisation of export benefits can help exporters by explaining a typical import & export supply chain, procedures & compliances required, as well as the challenges faced by the exporters.
