Keeping in view the highly diverse nature of the engineering sector, EEPC India inaugrated the Jaipur Chapter on 9th Novermber. Inaugration was done by Shri Parsadi Lal Meena, Hon’ble Industry Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan. The programme included discussions on Possibilities of Export in International Markets by Shri L M Sharma, address by Shri C K Mishra, Joint DGFT (Director General of Foreign Trade), Jaipur, Shri Ashish Verma of ECGC & by Shri Vikram Jain ,President (Marketing),Universal Auto-Foundry Ltd, Jaipur

The main attraction of the event was the Export Awareness session for the benefit of exporting engineering community taken by Sanjay Beswal, Director, Andees Consulting & Regional Committee Member of EEPC India (NR), Mr. Sanjay Beswal gave a presentation on “How to make your product competitive in International Market”, which also included how to utilize export benefits to remain competitive in the international market, EXIM benefits currently available to the Exporters & Importers and how these benefits can be utilized. Mr. Sanjay Beswal also explained the typical import export supply chain, procedures involved and compliances required, apart from the challenges faced by the exporters.
